A Warm Welcome
Once a month, Giovani cooks for you with the passion you have come to know him for, a genuine love for ingredients and a strong preference for regional produce, as well as vegetables and herbs from our own garden.
With training in ecological gardening, our vegetable garden will play an even more prominent role in our kitchen.
We begin lunch with a small amuse-bouche, followed by several starters designed to be shared between two people.
These dishes are served at a relaxed pace and in no particular order. Once the starters have been cleared, we serve a soup, often one of our house classics: lobster cappuccino.
This is followed by the main course, accompanied by a selection of side dishes to share.
We finish with dessert and a selection of sweet treats served with coffee.

JRE
The Jeunes Restaurateurs d'Europe (JRE) is an association of young, talented restaurateurs, driven by the passion for their profession. An internal quality selection process guarantees that these ambitious chefs belong to the top of European gastronomy.
In total, there are more than 320 JRE restaurants in Europe, spread across 12 countries. JRE members combine high-quality culinary craftsmanship with respect for local traditions and products. The JRE are uniquely versed in the inventive techniques of contemporary gastronomy, without losing sight of the culinary heritage. These young chefs want to share their expertise. With great enthusiasm and mutual solidarity, they exchange their cooking knowledge, creating a culinary cross-pollination.
Valentine's Day 2027
For Valentine's Day, we're pulling out all the stops and serving a
5-course all-inclusive menu at €150 per person.
We'll be showcasing our classic cuisine, without sharing dishes.
Each guest will enjoy their own individual courses.
