De Smaakfabriek is a bistro, it is part of the restored Syrup Factory with the Fruit Experience Center and the tourist reception of Borgloon.

In our bistro we serve small simple dishes including some specialties based on local syrup. For a drink on our beautiful terrace you are welcome for a regional juice, Limburg beers or a wine from Borgloon. Borgloon has several winemakers, each with its specific flavors, some of which you will find with us.
Vanaf 1 september zijn jullie welkom vanaf 8u tot 16u voor een heerlijk Limburgs verwenontbijt of een lunch en dit van woe tot en met zondag
1x per maand koken we ook een lunch op zondag, de andere zondagen enkel ontbijt.
